1. Agreement Overview

By using this website and purchasing products from Rapid Edge QLD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, including trade contractors, commercial entities, and individuals.

2. Product Specifications & Custom Orders

Many of our products, including Condenser Cages, HVAC Filters, and Electric Duct Heater (EDH) Boxes, are manufactured to order based on the specifications provided at the time of purchase.

  • Accuracy: The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring all measurements, media grades (G4/F5), and technical requirements are accurate.

  • Modifications: Once an order for a custom or made-to-order item has entered production, no further changes or modifications can be accepted.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to GST unless otherwise stated.

  • For commercial trade accounts, payment terms are strictly as per your specific credit agreement. For online orders, payment is required in full at the time of checkout.

4. Shipping and Risk

  • Delivery: While we strive to meet all estimated lead times, Rapid Edge QLD is not liable for any loss or damage (including liquidated damages on a project) resulting from delivery delays.

  • Risk: Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery to the site or collection from our Acacia Ridge warehouse.

5. Professional Installation Required

Our HVAC components are designed for professional use. Rapid Edge QLD is not responsible for any damage, system failure, or injury resulting from improper installation or use of our products by unqualified persons. It is a condition of sale that all electrical components (such as Heater Boxes) be installed by a licensed electrician or HVAC technician.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:

  • Our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee is limited to the replacement of the goods, the repair of the goods, or the cost of replacing the goods.

  • Rapid Edge QLD shall not be liable for any consequential loss, loss of profit, or damage to other equipment arising from the use of our products.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, technical drawings, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Rapid Edge QLD. No part of our product designs (including our flat-pack cage mechanisms) may be reproduced without express written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
